Using search engines to market has never been more popular, or more effective. However, it can be very difficult to do yourself, without an understanding of things like the “PageRank” algorithm, which dictates how results are displayed on search engine results pages, or SERPs. - Mobile internet use is projected to overtake desktop computer use of the internet by 2014. If you don’t have a mobile website, you may want to consider getting one by then to accommodate those that prefer to use their tablets and smartphones to peruse the internet.
- As of last year in 2012, there were more than 70 million people using mobile devices like smart phones and tablet computers to shop online. More than 40% of mobile users are frustrated by sites that are not mobile friendly, and they will leave in search of a more accommodating site.
